Starting the year the best way possible! We recently contacted the Disney+ team and we got a First Report on the official release date for the new sequel from Marvel Studios, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

The Hollywood Handle can confirm that the movie hits Disney+ on Wednesday, February 1st.

In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the people of Wakanda fight to protect their home from intervening world powers as they mourn the death of King T’Challa. Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight to protect the kingdom of Wakanda from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death.
