DC’s upcoming movie will be releasing in a couple days and the movie will tell the story of Jaime Reyes, when he suddenly finds himself in possession of an ancient relic of alien biotechnology called the Scarab. When the Scarab chooses Jaime to be its symbiotic host, he’s bestowed with an incredible suit of armor that’s capable of extraordinary and unpredictable powers, forever changing his destiny as he becomes the superhero Blue Beetle.
Showcase Cinemas confirms that tickets for Blue Beetle goes on sale on Tuesday, August 1st. DC’s new hero is a start of a new era, James Gunn and Peter Safran are building together a total new universe with the heroes we love.
