What Were The “Clues” That The ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ Teasers Gave Us About The Movie?

It’s been a very curious past month, since the release of Avatar: Fire And Ash, we have been getting weekly teasers for Avengers: Doomsday, the upcoming Avengers film that will reunite many heroes and villains across the entire Marvel multiverse. Recently, after the release of the fourth and final weakly teaser for the film, the Russo Brothers told the audience that these teasers aren’t just teasers, but instead, they give out “clues” about the film and tell us to “pay attention.” What could these clues be? Well, we might (or not) have an answer to that.

The first teaser was focused on Captain America’s return, the second was on Thor, the third on the X-Men and the fourth on Black Panther and The Fantastic Four. It’s hard to see what clue could they be trying to give us with these teasers. But one thing, called our attention.

At the end of every teaser. We see a countdown to the film’s release, but right before the countdown starts, we briefly see this strange code that could maybe mean something. Considering this film is a direct sequel to Avengers: Endgame, it would make sense for this to be possible timestamps of the movie, that could end up hinting at something from the upcoming film. Let’s analyze each teaser (AND the countdown that was released today) to see what shots of the film these refer to and how can all of this relate to Avengers: Doomsday…

Teaser 1: Captain America Will Return

The timestamp we see on the first teaser is 1:24:20, which in the film was the scene where The Ancient One alerts Bruce Banner about the removal of the Infinity Stones during Time Travel and the impact it can have on the timeline…

Teaser 2: Thor Will Return

In the second teaser, the timestamp is 1:17:20. And that was the popular scene where Loki steals the Tesseract and escapes, creating the variant seen in the LOKI series…

Teaser 3: The X-Men Will Return

At exactly 1:11:20, we see the scene where Rocket and Thor are in Asgard and Rocket asks: “Are you crying?” Same line said in Deadpool & Wolverine in the scene that Deadpool sees Thor on a screen on TVA…

Teaser 4: Wakandans And The Fantastic Four Will Return

This was the scene at 1:04:20, where the Avengers that survived Thanos’ annihilation discuss and plan the “time theft” that they were about to make.

Teaser 5: The Official Countdown

Well, the scene at 1:01:20 is exactly the moment where Hawkeye tests the time travel machine for the first time. He goes back in time and sees his daughter. That was also the scene where they find out that time travel is possible and they’re mission is not as impossible as they thought…

What All Of These Have In Common?

If you look closer, each of these scenes marks a different moment of the movie where the Avengers interfered in time, creating the fragmented multiverse that Doctor Doom will likely try to mathe repair or rule?

We will find out on December 18 in Avengers: Doomsday
