Gather yourselves around the roundtable, grab a pint to drink, and get ready to revisit the fantastical realms of Exandria because The Legend of Vox Machina is making its return! Starring the rabbling, ragtag mercenaries in a world filled with blood and guts, the team now faces a new threat that made its debut in the first season’s pilot and ending: the Chroma Conclave, four raging dragons that scourge the lands of Tal’Dorei in a campaign of chaos. In order to put an end to their reign on terror, Vox Machina must search for the Vestiges of Divergence, weapons constructed to ‘kill the gods.’ The season will consist of twelve episodes with three episodes premiering each week, both in the United States and internationally.

Vox Machina‘s new guest cast sees Will Friedle, Billy Boyd, Henry Winkler, Lance Reddick, Cree Summer, Alanna Ubach, Cheech Marin, Troy Baker, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Ralph Ineson, and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn making their debut with Stephanie Beatriz, Indira Varma, Gina Torres, Kelly Hu, and Esmé Creed-Miles returning.

The series stars Critical Role founders and cast members Laura Bailey, Taliesin Jaffe, Ashley Johnson, Liam O’Brien, Matthew Mercer, Marisha Ray, Sam Riegel, and Travis Willingham.

The Legend of Vox Machina is a production by Amazon Studios, Critical Role, and Titmouse for Prime Video and an adaptation of Critical Role’s roleplaying campaign. After trying to find their mark in the world of Tal’Dorei, Vox Machina found themselves in a personal war against the corrupt power couple, the Briarwoods, in the show’s first season. With a highly-rated first season, Vox Machina became a staple for Critical Role’s legacy, receiving a “Certified Fresh” ranking on Rotten Tomatoes, with a score of 100%. With an ever-growing fanbase through streaming, comics, and other media, Critical Role became a powerhouse of table-top roleplaying.

The second season of The Legend of Vox Machina releases on January 20 on Prime Video. Watch the red-band trailer below!
